Best Indendendent Residential Sales Office for the South East Area

Attention to the needs of our clients is what made Clifton & Co successful – they come first. Proof of this is in the number of awards our Company has gained since we opened our doors for the first time in 1996. In less than a year Clifton & Co were awarded the accolade of ‘Best Independent Residential Sales Office for the South East Area’ by the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA). This was repeated the following year and our Company has been voted ‘Regional Finalists for the South East Region’ each year they have entered.

Clifton & Co has been shortlisted again as one of the best estate agents in the South East Region in the Estate & Letting Agent Awards 2009 sponsored by PSG. The winners will be announced at the Awards ceremony which will take place on Wednesday 8th April 2009 at the five star Marriott Hotel located on the edge of Park Lane on Grosvenor Square in London.

The Awards are recognised as the UK’s most prestigious estate agency awards by the NAEA and are the benchmark for standards across the country. They are based on a range of factors from professionalism and the quality of service to office presentation and local knowledge of the property market. The aim is recognise those estate agents that really are providing an outstanding service to their clients, together with the ability to solve any problems efficiently and professionally.

The only awards in the industry which are voted for by customers. These awards recognise the highest standards of customer service in the estate and letting agent industry based on research conducted amongst sellers, buyers and landlords throughout the UK.

To win one of these prestigious trophies is not easy, it requires an agent to achieve a consistent high level of service to their clients over a 12 month period.
