Darren Box Senior Branch Manager Having spent many years in Agency both in Kent and Central London, Darren will give friendly and straightforward advice on any situation that may arise in the property industry. Be it investment yields, development potential of a garden or what to decorate before marketing, he has seen it all and is as enthusiastic now as he was when starting 22 years ago. He has lived in Dartford for many years and outside of the office is a keen sports fan, watching Dartford FC when he can.

Helen Zillwood Sales/Lettings Consultant Helen started her career in Estate Agency in 2006. Since working in London for a Lloyd’s Brokers for many years and with her love of property she has been able to join a close net company working within a dual role of Sales and Lettings, and has become an established member of the Clifton & Co team.

Jan Fairall Branch secretary Jan started working for Clifton & Co in 2004 as a week-end receptionist dealing with sales enquiries and viewings. In 2008 she became the Branch Secretary at Dartford with responsibility for sales administration, where the experience she gained on the other side of the fence has proved invaluable.

Amy Anderson Weekend Sales/Lettings Consultant Amy joined Clifton & Co in November 2009 as a weekend receptionist. Previous to this Amy worked for a large London Letting Agent for 7 years. Amy has passed both ARLA 1 and ARLA 2 exams so has extensive lettings experience.

Michelle Cooper MARLA Property Manager Michelle has been doing Property Management and Lettings since 2003, during this time Michelle became a qualified member of ARLA. Michelle has done most jobs within the lettings and Property management department, so therefore she has a vast knowledge and experience.

Wendy Evenden Accounts Manager Wendy has worked for the Company since 2003. As a Part Qualified ACCA Accountant, Wendy works part time, since starting a family, at our head office in Dartford and is responsible for all the financial aspects of the business.

Jacci Johnson Sales Progress Manager With nearly 30 years experience in Estate Agency, Jacci joined us as Sales Progress Manager in Belvedere in 1999. Jacci is now responsible for the Sales Progression Department at our Dartford head office and ensures that it is run smoothly and efficiently. Her vast experience means she is perfectly placed to answer any questions you may have and guide you through to a successful completion.

Eva Seeley Sales Coordinator Eva has been in the industry for some thirty years, initially working for a local solicitor. Before joining Clifton and Co, six years ago Eva worked full time as a Senior Field Sales Manager for a specialist Land and New Homes company. Retiring from that company thinking that her working life had finished she now enjoys working part time, assisting Jacci Johnson in the smooth running of the progression department with her considerable and varied knowledge of estate agency.

Sarah Turner-Dyer Group Admin Secretary With nearly 20 years experience in Estate Agency, Sarah joined Clifton & Co in 2004 as a Branch Secretary at our Belvedere office. She is now based at our Dartford office as a part time Group Admin Secretary and she deals with administration and figure work aswell as assisting the Personnell/Sales Department and provides secretarial support for Hartley, Belvedere and Dartford when needed.
