Sacha Dyer MNAEA Branch Director Sacha is Director of our Hartley Branch, with over 20 year’s experience in the County’s housing market, his time was spent in one of the oldest companies in North Kent; Porter & Cobb and then General Accident Town & Country. Having grown up within the area, his knowledge of the local market assists even further in the marketing of properties in the local boroughs.

Lindsey Ede Logistics Director Lindsey has worked for the Company from the start in 1996 and became a Director in 2008. Lindsey has helped launch each office as it’s opened and is now based at Hartley. Living locally all of her life means she has a wealth of knowledge of the local area although, she is also able to assist you with information on our Spanish overseas developments.

Kara Greenstreet Sales/Lettings Marketing Consultant Kara started her career in Estate Agency in 2006. Initially gaining experience in the Dartford area, Kara is a welcome addition to our team at Hartley. Her friendly and professional manner enables her to assist vendors and purchasers from initial contact to point of sale and she enjoys the challenges that this involves.

Pauline Murray Branch Secretary Pauline has worked in a secretarial role for the majority of her estate agency life. Originally starting in sales at New Ash Green in 1986 then moving into a secretarial role in Longfield and Hartley. Living and working locally she has an extensive knowledge of the area. Pauline joined Clifton & Co’s Hartley Branch when it opened in 2008 and has become an established member of the Clifton & Co team.

Carol Marshall Weekend Sales/Lettings Consultant Carol worked as a local Financial Adviser, specialising in mortgage advice, for over 16 years. Carol spent 14 of these years providing financial advise to the Clifton & Co clientel before joining the Clifton & Co team in 2009 on the estate agency side of the business. Carol was also a sales consultant for various new homes builders in the late 1980’s. These related careers give her an all round understanding of the house moving experience, which helps Carol fulfil her sales role at the Hartley office.
