Best Indendendent Residential Sales Office for the South East Area

Attention to the needs of our clients is what made Clifton & Co successful – they come first. Proof of this is in the number of awards our Company has gained since we opened our doors for the first time in 1996. In less than a year Clifton & Co were awarded the accolade of ‘Best Independent Residential Sales Office for the South East Area’ by the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA). This was repeated the following year and our Company has been voted ‘Regional Finalists for the South East Region’ in 2006/07/08/09.

Clifton & Co are proud to have been shortlisted again in the Best Small Chain categrory in the Estate & Letting Agent Awards 2011, the largest and longest running awards in the Estate & Letting agent industry.

The Awards are recognised as the UK’s most prestigious estate agency awards and are the benchmark for standards across the country. They are based on a range of factors from professionalism and the quality of service to office presentation and local knowledge of the property market. The aim is recognise those estate agents that really are providing an outstanding service to their clients, together with the ability to solve any problems efficiently and professionally.

Phil Spencer who presents the awards said, “All Agents have to drive standards higher, raising the bar in terms of the quality of advice offered and the level of customer service they deliver and the ESTAS help to do just that”.

Simon Brown, who runs the awards every year said “Every agent who takes part in the ESTAS puts their reputation on the line.  As an ESTA agent they’ve committed to having their customer service levels independently reviewed and that says a lot about the type of agency they are.  Making the shortlist is a huge effort and every agent that has done so should get the credit they deserve”.
