Buyer Survey

(Sometimes called a Homebuyers Report)

Our most popular survey. Ideal for most properties. Gives a good snapshot of the condition of each part of the property.

Building Survey

(Formerly called a structural survey)

This report is tailored for older, larger houses or those of a more complex construction. The report comes with detailed analysis of any faults and a full set of photographs.

Specialist Reports

Through Specialist Xpress, we can arrange a wide range of reports such as engineers, electrical, gas, drains, wall tie etc. All are provided in quick time and include definite answers to get your move back on track.

Open (seller) Survey

These are prepared before you put your house on the market. The report is shown to buyers giving them a transparent view of the property which will help make their offer (and your sale!) more certain.

Specific Defect Report

This is where we don’t look at the whole property but at one aspect only, such as a damp problem or cracking.

Mortgage Valuation

A mortgage valuation is prepared for mortgage lenders so that they can decide how much to lend against a property. It’s limited and isn’t a survey of condition.
